Honestly no complains at all. Exceptionally comfortable beds, good room. Marvellous and super location in 20 mins walk from the city center. Walk from a bus stop, fairly nice area.

The hotel's location was marvellous, in the onsen area with convenience stores and stores within walking distance. The staff was lovely when we had questions. The food was reasonably priced.

Convenient location, with easy access to restaurants and public transportation. The onsen was a great way to relax after a long day of travel. The bed exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. The toiletries in the onsen area had a pleasant scent.
Finding the sleeping area was confusing and felt like a maze. The lockers were not large enough to fit luggage, leading to the inconvenience of leaving it at the reception on the first level.

Highly recommended for overnight stay. That was nice hotel set in nice area, just off a terminal bus station, city center, and restaurants. The location was favourable, the staff were really kind! I randomly popped in Kuraunkafe serving some pastries, located just a pleasant stroll away from the property, it was nice.

The room was good, it had a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets. The staff was good plus the location was great. Spent our evenings in nearby Mezzanine Bar, especially when it was rainy outside.
